After months of passing it by, we decided to finally give this Venezuelan restaurant a try. The Boy in the Checkered Shirt started with a coconut shake and ordered the eggs with beef. I rediscovered guanabana juice to go with my vegetable arepa.  The meal was topped off with a cup of moka pot espresso.

The Boy in the Checkered Shirt hurt his back and we spent the weekend visiting chiropractors and acupuncturists.

On Sunday Frank and I joined a bar crawl up Christopher Street which passed through a karaoke bar and ended at Julius's.  The jukebox at Julius's has some kick ass music.
